Processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe back to your original payment method

2 How to request a refund

Email replydrop@polsia.app with the subject line "Refund Request"
Include your order email address and approximate purchase date
We'll confirm receipt and process your refund within 1–2 business days
Stripe typically posts the refund to your card within 5–10 business days

3 One refund per customer

This guarantee is designed to be risk-free for legitimate customers. To protect against abuse:
